At the time of registration, you will be expected to sign our subscription agreement and agree with its terms and conditions. For specific engagements with a client, a company member or an individual member, there will be other engagement-specific agreements that will be entered into.
Registration is a 3 step process. In the first step, you are required to provide basic information. The second step is when system will send your sign-in information to your email. In the third step, you are expected to provide more detailed information about your company’s offerings (if registering as a company) or about your skills and expertise (if registering as an individual).
Obviously, it is not in your interest to be in breach or violation of your employment agreement. You will need to judge whether or not employment agreement prohibits you from using your spare time as a freelancer. If it permits, then you are free to join as a member.
Through the process of registration, you will receive your sign-in details. With the sign-in, you will be able to access platform features which are designed to provide an interactive and digital marketplace experience. As a company, we are investing into making this platform easy to do business with, and will continue to invest further to serve the intended purpose across all its clients and members.
You will be able to reset your password by requesting this on the website. The system-generated password will be sent to your registered email address. When you sign-in with the new password, you will be required to set your own password.
Your decision to join eKutumb as a member is completely voluntary and can be discontinued by you by a simple notification. If, however, during the course of membership, you have signed engagement contracts with marketplace, its clients or other members, those agreements would prevail as per the terms of such agreements, irrespective of your future status as a member on the platform.

The registration process is the first step for our engagement to begin. There will be additional steps including discussion, evaluation, fitment across several criteria and planning before the enrolment is approved and we sign specific engagement agreement. First of all, registering with eKutumb does not create any obligation on part of you or your bank. It just opens a way of engagement and interaction. As far as authorisation is concerned, the situation is similar to the way as how you would handle it today when you come across a solution to the problem that you have. You would most likely either choose to investigate it further by yourself, or bring it to someone who you believe has authorisation to investigate this for you.
